Once you’ve had a chance to review your plan, we’ll connect for a 30-minute walkthrough call to answer any questions and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
Throughout your 12-week journey, you’ll receive a check-in email from me every two weeks for encouragement and accountability. At the end of the program, we’ll celebrate your progress and discuss next steps with a final 30-minute call.
