Whether you're exploring nonprofit consulting or personal coaching, this initial conversation is where we begin. It’s a no-pressure, 20–30 minute call where we’ll get to know each other, talk through your goals or challenges, and see how I can best support you.

Do I need to prepare anything for the consultation? Nope. Just come as you are. You’re welcome to jot down a few questions or thoughts ahead of time—but this is a relaxed, conversational space. I’ll ask a few guiding questions to help us get started.
What if I’m not exactly sure what I need? That’s completely okay. You don’t need a polished plan—just a willingness to explore. I’ll help you sort through where you are and what options might be a good fit.
Is there any obligation to sign up for coaching or consulting? Not at all. This is a no-pressure conversation. If it’s not the right time or fit, that’s completely okay.
