I believe real change is possible when you give focused attention to what matters most. My coaching model is built on what has worked in my own life: dedicating a short, intentional period of time—just 12 weeks—to pursue a meaningful goal with clarity and purpose.
At the core of this process is what we call The Pillars Process. It begins by identifying your highest aim, your foundation, and your four core pillars for success. The power of this model comes from naming the specific step you need to take within each pillar. That’s where transformation begins—one simple, intentional step at a time.
My husband and I have used this process in our own lives across five core areas: Faith, Food, Fitness, Finance, and Family. As we’ve shared it with others in our community, we’ve seen how powerful it can be for creating real momentum and clarity. That sparked the idea to offer it as a coaching model for others who are ready to move forward with intention.
I believe deeply in the power of coaching—but I don’t believe in open-ended timelines where the destination and process are unclear. My husband and I reached financial independence and retired in our early 30s—through intentional choices, focused seasons of sacrifice, and a values-based lifestyle.
We’ve followed a whole-foods lifestyle for the last 7 years, blending simplicity, nutrition, and sustainability into daily life, AND even maintained this whole-foods lifestyle with our kids (yes, it is possible to raise kids who don't eat processed food).
Our family lived and traveled around the world for two years, learning how to create rhythm and connection no matter where we are.
We are homeschooling our boys, building a life centered around curiosity, flexibility, and shared learning.
I’ve led a nonprofit organization focused on support and empowerment.
I’ve directed a volunteer-led youth ministry, working with adults to build sustainable rhythms of faith and service to demonstrate love to middle and high school students.
I’ve taught middle school math, balancing structure and creativity to help students succeed in challenging areas.
I’ve mentored and led adults in a variety of settings—from spiritual growth to strategic planning—with a heart for helping people get unstuck and confidently take their next step.
And now, I’m intentionally cultivating community in our new neighborhood, because I believe change isn’t just personal—it’s communal.

Everyone begins with the Core Coaching Package, which includes:
A free consultation (20–30 minutes)
A 50-minute strategy session to understand your goals and challenges
A personalized 12 week action plan designed just for you
A 30-minute follow-up call to walk through the plan and make sure it fits
Email check ins every two weeks to ensure you're making the progress you desire
Option to add additional support services as desired.
I believe structure brings freedom. When you have a clear framework and a path to follow, you can stop spinning your wheels and start moving forward with confidence. My role is to bring that structure—so you can feel more focused, more free, and more like yourself.
