Your Time Commitment:

Your leadership team (up to 5 people) will need to commit to three 90-minute strategic work sessions, plus some pre-call preparation.

The Simple Steps Process:

Step 1. Discovery & Alignment (Pre-Work): We begin with a kickoff call and a pre-session questionnaire to gather your foundational documents and prime your team for our strategic work.

Step 2. Session 1: Defining Your Highest Aim (The WHAT). In our first workshop, I will facilitate a structured session to guide your team in defining a clear, compelling, and unified vision for your future.

Step 3. Session 2: Building Your Foundation (The WHY). We will move from vision to values. In this session, we will articulate the core principles and unwavering purpose that will fuel your journey and provide resilience through challenges.

Step 3. Session 3: Constructing Your Pillars (The HOW). With the "what" and "why" established, our final session is focused on action. We will identify the 3-5 strategic pillars—your key areas of focus—that will turn your vision into a reality.

Step 4. I Draft the Roadmap: After our sessions, I will synthesize every insight, decision, and goal into a single, professional, and beautifully designed Strategic Roadmap document.

Step 5. Review & Final Handoff: You will have the opportunity to review the draft roadmap before I deliver the final, board-ready version.
