We Partner for 6 Months: Real results from a grant strategy take time. This initial partnership ensures we have a proper runway to build momentum and secure funding.
You Pay Monthly: To make budgeting easy and predictable for your nonprofit, the partnership is a simple, flat monthly fee.

A 90-minute Strategic Planning Session: We'll start each quarter with a deep dive to align on your funding priorities and set our targets.
A Curated Pipeline of 10 Vetted Opportunities: I'll conduct the research and present the 10 best-fit prospects for your mission.
A Video Walkthrough of Your Top Prospects: I'll send you a personalized video overview explaining why the top prospects are a strong match. You and your team will decide which ones to pursue.
3 Full Grant Proposals, written and prepared for your team to submit. (PLUS Full Proposals for any LOIs that have been approved from the previous quarter.)
2 Letters of Inquiry (LOIs), written and packaged with all necessary attachments in a single, organized digital folder.
Live Grant Pipeline & Deadline Tracking: You'll have access to a shared Grant Calendar, which I actively manage to track all application and reporting deadlines.
The Investment:
Monthly Retainer: $1,500 per month (6-month initial partnership is required.)
Exclusive Perk: Strategic Partners can add additional proposals for a discounted rate of $250 each.
