Your Time Commitment:

Your core project team (1-3 people) will need to commit to one 90-minute "Discovery & Clarification" session. Your only other "homework" is providing the necessary documents for my review.

The Simple Steps Process:

Step 1. Document Collection: Our partnership begins with you providing me with your existing data collection tools, past reports, and core program descriptions.

Step 2. I Conduct the Expert Audit: This is where I do the initial heavy lifting. I will conduct a thorough, independent review of all your materials to identify your strengths, key gaps, and strategic opportunities.

Step 3. I Deliver Your "Impact Briefing": You will receive a complete "Impact Briefing" package. This includes:

• The "Impact Snapshot" Report: A professional, visually compelling, one-page report, perfect for sharing with your board and funders.

• A Personalized Video Walkthrough: A short (5-7 minute) private video from me, where I will personally walk you through the report, highlight the most important insights, and offer my strategic recommendations.

Step 4. Optional Follow-Up: After you've reviewed the briefing, you will always have the option to schedule a brief follow-up call with me to discuss the report in more detail.

The Investment:

This is a focused, flat-fee project designed for a single quarter of support. You can engage in this partnership as needed, one quarter at a time.
